Imani Supported Living is a semi-independent provider for 16 + that is run by an experienced and practising social worker and support workers.
Imani Supported Living is dedicated to individuals who are in need of guidance and support in a safe and secure accommodation.
About Us
We are great team to support young people aged 16-18 years old to pave their path for independent living.
Our aim to provide therapeutic tailor-made support to meet individual’s needs, help them grow, promote their emotional wellbeing, support with their education and with independent living skills to prepare them for their adulthood with confidence.
- We provide safe homes across local authorities in just outside London area
- Providing support 24 hours 7 days a week through out a year
- Long term and short term, accepting emergency placements, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children
- We are with you every step of your journey

Mother and baby placement
We provide specialist service for young mothers to provide safe and nurturing earlier life experiences to their babies. We provide specialist parenting assessment and interventions to equip mothers to gain positive outcomes for themselves and for their babies.

We support young people to register with their services such as GP, dentist, schools, colleges and opticians.
